A longtime dentist at South University Dental, Dr. Tom Fellman has recently retired after more than 40 years of practicing dentistry. His exemplary leadership, tireless work ethic, relational personality and exceptional dental skills are missed by patients and co-workers alike at South University Dental Associates.

As a dentist who truly cared for his patients and loved his daily work, his decision to move onto the next chapter of his life was difficult. Dr. Fellman looks forward to exciting and active years of retirement ahead with his wife Kathy, four children (Jill, Julie, John, Jeff), and ten grandchildren. He anticipates spending abundant time at the lake, Costa Rica, and of course, following the NDSU Bison.

While Dr. Fellman no longer practices at South University Dental Associates , each of his patients can expect the same quality treatment, care and intentionality they have come to appreciate over the years. The majority of Dr. Fellman’s patients will be seen by Dr. Walter Samuel moving forward. Samuel is a five-year veteran of the practice at South University Dental.
